The Tantris restaurant serves a prix fixe menu.
Our Chef Benjamin Chmura and his team focus on the highest quality products for their seasonal menus. The Tantris restaurant is a culinary journey into the world of haute cuisine. For lunch you can choose between four or six courses, for dinner between six and eight.

Tantris stands for the evolution of the Tantris culinary philosophy. A modern French elevated cuisine, characterized by a deep understanding of its ingredients and their preparation. Dedicated to serving the highest quality ingredients available, respect for individuals, livestock, and the seasons. The flavour of a flawless sauce and the craftsmanship that goes into creating it, relationships built on trust with people who handcraft their product and using it to create something incredible.

The spatial experience at Tantris once again breathes the generous spirit of the time of its creation. The wine cellar has been moved to the centre of the restaurant, where grilling used to take place. Thus wine, which has always been an integral part of the Tantris experience, now takes on its central role spatially.
