Due to the sheer size and culinary diversity of our establishment, we can teach you to cook over a gas flame on a Molteni stove, prepare poultry on a rotisserie, fold a puff pastry, and bake sourdough bread.
We also convey the traditional trade of service: carving, filleting, presenting. An understanding of wine and the art of a thoughtful wine pairing, as well as tea and coffee. This comprehensive training program is complemented by our bar as a venue for classic cocktail culture, our in-house further education courses and regular excursions to our producers.
