Tantris Maison Culinaire is a comprehensive gourmet manufactory. With two restaurants, two kitchens, a pâtisserie and bakery, bar and wine cellar that has been developed over five decades. Serving as a destination for professional training and education, we convey the craftsmanship that goes into this.

Tantris Maison Culinaire is a place of growth. Alongside a dedication to traditional craftsmanship, we are dedicated to vision, continuous learning, and remaining open to new impulses. After all, this is where the future of gastronomy lies.


Educating motivated new talent and providing further training for our employees is of utmost importance to us. Due to the sheer size and culinary diversity of our establishment, we can teach you to cook over a gas flame on a Molteni stove, prepare poultry on a rotisserie, fold a puff pastry, and bake sourdough bread.

We also convey the traditional trade of service: carving, filleting, presenting. An understanding of wine and the art of a thoughtful wine pairing, as well as tea and coffee. This comprehensive training program is complemented by our bar as a venue for classic cocktail culture, our in-house further education courses and regular excursions to our producers.

In cooperation with the FHG e. V., an association of the leading hospitality educational institutions in Germany, we can guarantee our employees an excellent education and subsequent academic opportunities.
