Executive Chef Tantris Maison Culinaire
After completing his training at the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, the German-Canadian worked in top French and international restaurants, most recently as head chef at the “Maison Troisgros” in Roanne. He is part of the Tantris Maison Culinaire team since 2020.
Restaurant Manager Tantris
Since her parents were already working in the kitchen and service industry, it was an easy decision for the Munich native to pursue a career in gastronomy as well.
Her path led her, among other places, to Borchardt in Berlin, and for a long time, the Goldene Bar in Munich was one of her main workplaces. Since 2021, she has been an integral part of the team, advancing through several internal career steps. Since December 2024, she has been leading the restaurant Tantris together with Maximilian Sierk-Paul.
Restaurant Manager Tantris
Born in Munich, Maximilian began his career at the age of fifteen as a student intern at the Mandarin Oriental.
After completing his studies in Augsburg, he worked as an event manager and operations director. Before joining Tantris, he led the fine-dining restaurant Salt. He has been part of the team since 2020 and, since December 2024, has been co-leading the restaurant Tantris with Jenny Lang.
