With Menu Jeune we would like to invite you to discover our culinary offerings and experience what we passionately create here.

Whether at lunchtime or in the evening – this exclusive menu offers you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the world of fine dining and let us spoil you.

Our offer is aimed at all guests under the age of 35. It applies to the entire table and Tantris Maison Culinaire.

Reservations can only be made online.

Please inform us of any vegetarian or pescatarian preferences as well as allergies at the time of your reservation. If such requests are made too late or on-site, we regret that we may no longer be able to accommodate them. We do not offer vegan cuisine.

The lunch offer includes a 4-course menu, aperitif, wine pairing, and coffee at €140 per person.

Lunch slots (Wednesdays to Fridays) can be booked two months in advance.

We may extend the availability at short notice, depending on availability.

Saturday lunches can also be booked at short notice in certain cases.

In the event of cancellation or reduction, we kindly ask you to notify us at least 24 hours in advance. For later cancellations, we charge €100 per person as a cancellation fee. For groups of five to six people, the cancellation period is extended to 48 hours in advance.

Each cancellation/reduction will be reconfirmed by email.

MENU JEUNE EVENING

The evening offer includes a 5-course menu, aperitif, wine pairing, and coffee at €210 per person.

Evening slots (Wednesdays and Thursdays) can always be booked online one month in advance.

We may extend the availability at short notice, depending on availability.

Friday evenings can also be booked at short notice in certain cases.

The spatial experience at Tantris once again breathes the generous spirit of the time of its creation. The wine cellar has been moved to the centre of the restaurant, where grilling used to take place. Thus wine, which has always been an integral part of the Tantris experience, now takes on its central role spatially.
